Right I should start by saying I dont hate the day as such I hate the way i've spent this dayby myself for the past 5 years! It is the most annoying & frustating thing in the world, to know that such a cute day is coming and I'm single. I should be used to it by now, but every year it gets more and more depressing. I love seeing all those happy couples, enojying thsi day don't get me wrong, but it's depressing for all of us single people. Having to read all the posts on facebook... "I love you baby" and everything it just makes us feel even wrose about being single! And then people call us desperate when we're trying to fine someone!
Did you know Valentines day is considered a national holiday! The world suddenly stops for one day... surely if you love someone that much everyday should be as romantic as valentines. I'm starting to realize that there really is nothing special about valentines. The last valentines day I spent in the company of a guy was when I was in year 8, we've been together for like 4 months... we say i love you to eachother and everything. I remember buying him a ver expensive present, £60... I've never spent that much on anyone, not even myself!
Now looking back at it, I still think it was cute but definitely a waste of money as we broke up a few weeks after.
Well today I thought let's go out, buying loads of stuff and have a good night!
So me and my mother went shoppingg... we bought munch, films.... So in a few minutes we will be beginning a good night!
